When something draws your attention or “lights up” for you, this is your intuition letting you know that this is important. You may let this help you to make intuitive decisions. Think about a decision you are trying to make and write three solutions for it, one on each of three blank index cards. Turn the cards so the blank side is facing you, mix them up so you don’t know what is written on them and lay them face-down. Notice which one you are most drawn to or hold your hands over each card and notice any sensations or information you receive. Turn over the cards and read the answers.
